 Race Rules Empty
PostSubject: Race Rules    Race Rules Icon_minitimeTue Jan 04, 2011 6:37 am

All races will go on the same tier system based upon the main system for the Demons. That system is as follows:

Leader-Sesshomaru Strength- The head of each tribe/type of main demon i.e Dog, Wolf, Fox. These are allowed ten abilities.

Co-Leader-Koga Strength- The one who takes control in the even of a missing leader. These are allowed seven abilities.

Guardians- Kaguya Strength- There are three to four of these that are like the leader's personal guard. These are allowed five abilities.

Warrior-Inuyasha(series start) Strength- Those normal warriors that seem to fill the regular ranks of every tribe. These are allowed three abilities.

Average Demon- Jaken Strength- The run of the mill Demons that flock everywhere and run on almost pure instinct. These are allowed one ability.

Demons of the leader rank have the ability to transform into a "true" form where they embody the demon of the race they lead. (Example Sesshomaru and his dog demon form) This can be taught to one of the co leader rank by the leader with a post of 2500 words from the leader and 3500 for the co leader learning. Each Demon no matter of rank is allowed one, or more depending on rank, abilities that can range from anything from poison claws to fire breathing. The more powerful the demon and the higher in rank the more advanced the ability can be. An average demon cannot have the ability to bring a lightning bolt down while a leader might be allowed that technique if the rest are not of that high of strength. There is only one General Demon hence why that is not stated above. Each demon gets one element, but the Co leader(gets two), Leader(gets three), and the General.

Now onto the business of classifying the rest of the races with this system of power.

Priestess/Priest will have their leaders (one male and one female) On the level of Guardian strength and will be allowed three custom spirit tags to start with, one weapon of their choice, two summon elements for two specific elemental attacks with their weapon, and one barrier on the strength of a Guardian ranked demon. The advanced Priestess/Priest will be allowed one custom spirit tag, a weapon of his or her choice, one summon element for a single elemental attack with their weapon, and no barrier. The runt of the mill Priestess/Priest will have a single tag, no element, a weapon of their choice, and no barrier.

Half-Demons are a tad odd in the right that they have a limit to their abilities. They start on par with the warrior rank demons and can only start with a max of two abilities. No weapons will be allowed to start with and their abilities can not be fully demonic. They MUST have some humanistic characteristic. Inuyasha had his Iron Reaver and Blades of Blood while Sesshomaru could create a whip and use poisoned claws. See the difference there? Half Demons must, once after every thirty post be completely and utterly powerless for three posts. Each Half Demon has the ability to chose two from five specified abilities for their race to be posted later.

Demon Hunters are ALL on par with a warrior ranked Demon and will stay that way. The only one that exceeds this is the leader of the Hunters, whom is on par with a guardian ranked demon. The average Demon Hunter starts with two weapons, armor, a pet, and two of five abilities learnable for their race that will be posted later. A Demon Hunter leader can have four weapons, armor, a pet, and have four of five possible abilities. There will only be three spots open for Demon Hunter Leaders. The rest WILL be average demon hunters.

The Band of Seven are seven human beings with no abilities what so ever except the fact that they get custom type weapons unavailable to other races. A member of the band of seven can have any weapon imaginable in the feudal era without any power boosts or special abilities while a demon hunter must stick to ninja like weapons and boomerangs. The Band of seven leader is on par with a Co-Leader ranked demon and may have two weapons of his or her choosing.

Gods/Goddesses are the characters who are all on the level of a leader demon. They are allowed one weapon to channel their powers, but are only allowed full control of one of the nine elements. Ice, Fire, Wind, Water, Steel, Storm, Nature, Lightning and Earth. Each god can only have one and although a couple seem confusing they are simple enough. Nature is control of trees and grass while Storm is minor control of each element and the making of storms of each element and moving them with their will. This doesn't mean a giant fire storm rains down on a village. It means that a controlled ball of fire can be fired from your storm cloud. Now do not be afraid to get creative and even possibly combine storms, two at most, and do not over use your powers as gods to try and kill everyone or everything because that is liability for character deletion.
